Handling
Your order now enters the Handling Phase. During this 1–2 business day period, we carefully review your order details and ensure that everything is in perfect condition for shipping. We pack your items with care, making sure everything is ready for dispatch.
Dispatch and Tracking
Once your order is ready, we hand it over to our trusted courier partner. You’ll receive another email notification informing you that your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey on our website’s Track Order page (if available) or directly on the courier’s website. This shipping period typically takes 3–5 business days.
Delivery to Your Doorstep
Once your parcel is on its way, it will make its journey to your doorstep. Our delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Please note that occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions. Should your parcel experience a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and provide relevant updates.
Holiday & Delivery Delays
During public holidays, the processing and shipping of orders may take longer than usual.
In the event of any delays (due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a specific email notification explaining:
- The reason for the delay
- The revised expected delivery timeframe
- Any actions you may need to take
Important Notes
- We currently only offer shipping within the UK. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
